Mini Bio:
Elyse Neiman Seiter is an Emmy award winning TV producer and filmmaker. Elyse has 20+ years of professional experience in television and non-fiction production from soup to nuts– Casting, shooting, producing, supervising, executive producing, and post-producing documentary, doc-reality, travel, and food competition series for various New York production companies and TV networks including MTV, TLC, HGTV, Style, Travel Channel, NYC Media, and Food Network. Some highlights of her career include winning an Emmy for her work on MTV’s documentary series, “True Life," DP'ing (and producing) an indie feature documentary in Guatemala for two months on Mayan culture, and making a short film about her father-in-law a few months before he passed.
As a producer, Elyse can clearly see both the big picture and the small details-- she loves to take a project from a wee seedling through production, edit, and delivery. She is a natural and passionate storyteller, which is evident in the quality of her work. Elyse loves to help people tell their stories, find their voice, capture the moment, and cope with both exciting and difficult life moments through the power of film.
In 2020, Elyse founded At Home Together (athometogether.tv), an Instagram channel dedicated to user-generated content on hope and inspiration, founded as a Coronavirus pandemic response and our need for authentic connection with others. She is now working on another project, Mindful Films, which uses film as a therapeutic tool for health and wellness, as well as independent projects for TV and independent schools.
Elyse lives in Brooklyn, NY with her family.
